- Access to Lianyungang
Air- Lianyungang Airport, also the Baitabu Airport (连云港白塔埠机场), is located 25 kilometers (15.5 miles) to the west of downtown Lianyungang.
- Flights here are available to and from some major cities in China, like Shenyang, Beijing, Dalian, Qingdao, Nanjing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
- Shuttles provide service to passengers from Airport to Downtown area every day and vice versa.

Train- There are two main railway stations in the city for passenger transportation. One is Lianyungang Railway Station (连云港站) located in the downtown area and trains here are mainly to and from the major Chinese cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Urumqi, Nanjing, Taiyuan and Guangzhou.
- The other one is Lianyungang East Railway Station (连云港东站), which lies near the port. Trains here mainly head for cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Taiyuan and Xi’an.
