Since ICIC International was launched in 2004, it has progressed steadily in scientific activities and programs, such as publishing, organizing conference, workshop and symposium, and supporting other societies by co-sponsoring technical meetings and publications. ICICIC (International Conference on Innovative Computing, Information and Control) Series Conference is one important event organized by ICIC International. In the past, it was held in Qinhuangdao, China (2024), Kumamoto, Japan (2023, Hybrid), Chongqing, China (2022, Hybrid), 2021 (Online), Seoul, Korea (2019), Lianyungang, China (2018), Kurume, Japan (2017), Harbin, China (2016), Dalian, China (2015), Busan, Korea (2014), Kumamoto, Japan (2013), Shanghai, China (2012), Kitakyushu, Japan (2011), Xi’an, China (2010), Kaohsiung, Taiwan, China (2009), Dalian, China (2008), Kumamoto, Japan (2007), and Beijing, China (2006). The aims of the conference are to enhance international academic exchanges on related topics and to provide a chance for communications among researchers.
